ANXIETY SOLUTIONS ~ WATCH THIS VIDEO FIRST!
BINDING/REBUKING RELATED SPIRITS!
The first step is to get into the habit of “rebuking”. The next step is to accompany it with daily prayers and additional prayers to say right when an “anxiety attack” occurs. (Yes, as it occurs, don’t forget!) (See prayers below.)
It is important to understand that the reason for binding prayer is:
The spirit that is trying to make sure that you:
1. Are easier to affect you through your anxiety.
2. React on cue.
3. Over react (panic attacks, anger fits, etc).
4. Are being degraded on 1, 2, 3, where as the affect is growing worse each time.
The fact is that you CAN Beat it!
–Prayers for Anxiety-
Pray prayers of intercession from St Dymphna, a patron saint of ‘anxiety’ and other mental disorders. Your daily dose should include prayers of intercession, not just awaiting for an moment of anxiety, eventually, it will back off and you need to keep doing daily prayer to keep it at bay. So follow the advice given in the above video and use the prayer below.
Panic attack prayer or premeditation prayer:
Saying a breath prayer means praying a word or short phrase (Jesus only Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner) that you can express in the time it takes you to breathe in and out once. Breath prayers, an ancient spiritual discipline, can help you find stress relief quickly in any situation.
Prayer Novena to St. Dymphna :
Good Saint Dymphna, great wonder-worker in every affliction of
mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick, in my present need. (Mention it here.)
Saint Dymphna, martyr of purity, patroness of those who suffer with nervous and mental afflictions, beloved child of Jesus and Mary, pray to Them for me and obtain my request. *Pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary and one Glory Be.
Saint Dymphna, Virgin and Martyr, pray for us. Amen.
Jesus, Help Me (Repeat this after reading every * sentence).
*In every need let me come to You with humble trust, saying:
*In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations:
*In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials:
*In the failure of my plans and hopes, in disappointments, troubles and sorrows:
*When others fail me, and only Your grace alone can assist me:
*When I throw myself on Your tender love as Savior:
*When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts:
*When I feel impatient, and my cross feels to heavy for me:
*When I am ill, and my head and hands cannot work and I am lonely:
*Always, always, in spite of weakness, falls and short-comings of every kind:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, help me and never forsake me! Amen.
